Battle of the Books

Battle of the Books (BOB) is back again for a fourth year at TES! This an easy way for kids in grades 3-8 to be involved in school, expand their reading horizons, and be part of a team. This is also a fun way for parents to get in volunteer hours by being BOB coaches. Teams will meet during school lunchtime, starting after fall break and ending mid-February with a friendly in-school competition and pizza party. The Expedition School uses a shortened version of the official state BOB list.  Click here for the TES/BOB 2019-20 reading list (Note that there are two tabs for elementary and middle school.)

Use the donate button below for a suggested donation of $15 per BOB participant. This donation will cover the pizza party and other program costs.  (No one will be turned away for lack of funds.) Please send questions to karin.michel@gmail.com or elaine.ditsler@gmail.com

Please include Student’s Name in the note field on the final payment page.
